About Dr. Dorte Bladt

At the same time Dorte runs a busy family practice in Newcastle, Australia, where she mainly provides chiropractic care for children. She has a special interest in children with learning, attention, coordination and behavioural problems and is fascinated by the potential of retained primitive reflexes in these kids.
Dorte feels very strongly about the science and research concerning child health and development. In 2015 she started an international fundraising event called The Kids’ Summit. The purpose of The Kids’ Summit is to raise funds for research into chiropractic care for children while educating chiropractors in all aspects of children’s’ health and function. This is a very successful annual event which has raised over $150,000 for research into chiropractic care for children so far.
